• To raise the awareness of angel investing and create favourable conditions for its development
• To build the ethical standards and the professional code of conduct and oversee the compliance with them
• To promote the relations with new and potential business angels and other investment vehicles and organizations
• To share experience and grow the mutual network of valuable contacts
• To encourage education of the angel community in areas related to angel investing
• To strengthen the cross-border cooperation through participation in international associations
• To represent the interest of members at the local and international levels and with partner organizations
